Dumpling Galaxy Tasting Contest

On this Sunday afternoon we will have a tasting competition at the world famous Dumpling Galaxy in Flushing to see if YOU can identify the ingredients in dumplings purely by taste.

If you would like to be placed as a free agent with a team, let us know at checkout.
Your team of 1 to 6 people will be given a complete list of possible ingredients and will be asked to identify 3 for each dumpling. After 3 rounds in a Quizzo format, we will determine a winner.
Tickets are $35 per person. Each person will receive 2 bite size dumplings per dumpling to be guessed. After each round of 5 dumplings, the table will be served a palate cleansing dish. Contestants will also be provided with a beer.
Grand Prize: Night of 1000 Dumplings at Dumpling Galaxy*
1st Prize: Dumpling Galaxy book by Helen You and Max Falkowitz
2nd Prize: Cash
Dumpling Galaxy is the brainchild restaurant of Helen You, the location of an impossible number of dumplings along with forms that were invented by You herself.

*Night of 1000 Dumplings allows up to 4 people to eat up to 1000 dumplings within a 2 hour time period (no take-out), valid for the 2017 calendar year. Please don't forget to tip.
