The Great Northeast Cheese Fest

Edible Queens is a media sponsor for the 4th annual Great Northeast Cheese Fest takes place Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018 at Flushing Town Hall. The region’s very best artisanal creameries will showcase more than 75 exquisite artisanal cheeses from nutty sheep's milk tommes and sharp Cheddars to luscious triple cremes and tangy goat cheeses.

These regional specialties will be joined by select international cheeses. Top New York City chefs, including, Hugue Dufour of M. Wells Steakhouse (Long Island City) and Alfonso Zhicay of Queens' very own Casa del Chef Bistro (Woodside) will prepare delectable dishes using the cheeses.

Fine libations, including beer, wine, and cider will be paired with all the glorious cheese and dairy offerings. Rodrigo Duarte’s exquisite Portuguese charcuterie will also be featured.
