Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons oil or butter
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Dash of vanilla extract
- Dash of salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation
Beat all ingredients together in a bowl. Let rest. Meanwhile heat a griddle over medium heat. Melt a pat of butter and ladle a circle of dough, add two smaller circles on the left and right of the main circle for the ears. Once set, flip and cook through. Serve with warm maple syrup.
