- 1 cup Merve Suzme yogurt (Greek yogurt or other strained yogurt will work as a substitute)
- 1 cup cold water
- Generous pinch of salt
- Pinch fresh mint (optional)
Add yogurt, water and salt to a blender. Blend for approximately 1 minute. Check for consistency and salt levels. Add more yogurt, water or salt, according to taste. Serve immediately over ice.
