Beta x Edible Queens Pop-Up Dinner

In partnership with Edible Queens, βeta invites you to a special dinner featuring ferments and preserves from our pantry. In preparation for the winter season, we have been expanding our larder by sourcing produce from Choy Division Farms. Enjoy a five course menu highlighting the hearty flavors of winter mixed with memories of seasons passed. A special beverage pairing featuring natural wines will accompany this dinner. Each guest will be entered into a special giveaway for a copy of New York Times bestseller "The Noma Guide to Fermentation."
