Beth Kaiserman

Beth Kaiserman studied at Penn State, where she had been eating ice cream at the Creamery since age 1. She majored in journalism and immediately joined The Daily Collegian, where her first news article covered a local wing eating contest. She worked as a reporter covering Arts & Entertainment, then as a page designer and health reporter, then as the newspaper's first food reporter. Follow her on Instagram.
