Fun with Fungi Mycoculture Using Compost

Discover the wonders of the fungal kingdom! Learn about the basics of fungal biology and the role of fungi as decomposers. Participants will then learn how compost may be applied as a substrate to cultivate beneficial fungi. Finally, participants will be guided in assembling their own coffee-and-cardboard mushroom starter kit to take home.
