Grape Harvest at Voelker Orth Museum

Can't get out to the vineyard? Come experience the grape harvest – volunteer for the day at the Museum.
No stomping on grapes involved. Much of the activity happens indoors where we clean and prep the grapes for juicing in an air-conditioned workroom. Our grape juice supply provides an essential ingredient in the punch that the Museum serves at events year-round. We'll offer a sample to our harvest team.
The harvest is tentatively scheduled for September 7, but may happen a week later. The grapes let us know when they are ready a few weeks ahead of time. If you can spare a few hours, our need is greatest in the morning.
