Residents of Long Island City, Astoria, Greenpoint and Midtown East now have a direct and non-stop route to the beach for $20 round trip service

Rockaway Brewing Company has locations in two of the most exciting and buzzworthy spots in Queens, and perhaps the whole city – Long Island City and Rockaway Beach. Because of this fact, the brewery wants to better connect the people of both communities by linking them with a convenient and comfortable shuttle service throughout the summer beach season. Rockaway Brewing Co. was conceived at the beach and it is excited to provide this public service, which will enable more people to easily enjoy NYC’s blossoming beach community at the Rockaways. With an apx. 45-min. drive time, the Brew Cruiser is significantly quicker to Rockaway Beach than the subway and the ferry, where each can take you more than 1-½ hours. 

Currently the Brew Cruiser operates with a 28-person passenger mini-coach bus and tickets are available for purchase on Eventbrite through Labor Day Weekend, Saturday 8/31. More info & tickets can be purchased here.
