She’s the former food editor of Brooklyn magazine, the author of Brooklyn Chef’s Table: Extraordinary Recipes from Coney Island to Brooklyn Heights and the co-author of Levant: New Middle Eastern Cooking from Tanoreen. She’s also a culinary casting director for Foodnetwork.com and Thrillist, and a contributor and recipe developer for publications such as Saveur, Rachael Ray Every Day magazine, Esquire, Civil Eats, Gotham and USA Today.
