Sarah Zorn is an honest-to-goodness New York City native who has spent the majority of her career touting the supremacy of the local food scene. She’s the former food editor of Brooklyn magazine, the author of Brooklyn Chef’s Table: Extraordinary Recipes from Coney Island to Brooklyn Heights and the co-author of Levant: New Middle Eastern Cooking from Tanoreen.
